LC-PC-HNPolycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent (retarding type) is a new type of water reducing agent developed by our company with carboxylic acid graft polymer as the main body. Due to its unique molecular structure, this product achieves excellent dispersion and dispersion maintenance ability through the dual effects of electrostatic repulsion and space barrier. It has low dosage, high water reduction rate, good slump retention, good enhancement effect, low alkali content, chloride ion and sodium sulfate content, no corrosion of steel and environmental protection and other advantages. The product has strong adaptability to cement, especially suitable for high flow state, high collapse protection, high strength and super high strength concrete engineering.
This product is widely used in concrete construction of railway, highway, water conservancy and hydropower, industrial and civil construction, and is an ideal material for preparing high-performance concrete of railway passenger dedicated line. It is a variety of silicate series cement products, concrete engineering such as tunnel and bridge of railway engineering, industrial and civil construction, water conservancy and hydropower, transportation, port, municipal engineering, precast and cast-in-place concrete, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete, preparation of high water reduction, large mobility, vibration-free self-compacting high-performance concrete materials.

Technical performance:
The performance indicators of this product meet and exceed the requirements of JG/T223-2007 "Polycarboxylate High Performance Water Reducing Agent", GB8076-2008 "Concrete Admixtures" and TB/T3275-2011 "Railway Concrete.
This product has excellent water reduction and dispersion effect, especially in high-grade concrete (above C50), and its maximum water reduction rate can reach more than 40%.
This product has good plasticity and strengthening effect, can do 120 minutes slump basically without loss, and by the temperature change of small. 7d compressive strength increased by 40 ~ 60%,28d compressive strength increased by 30 ~ 50%.
The polymer corrosion inhibitor in this product can eliminate SO42-、CL-polarity, generating a large number of closed gas micropores to block the migration of corrosive ions in the concrete and improve the corrosion resistance of the concrete.
This product can greatly improve the durability of concrete. The product because of chloride ion, sodium sulfate, alkali content is very low, will not produce concrete alkali, aggregate reaction and steel corrosion, at the same time, because the water reducing agent has a trace of air-entraining performance, it can greatly improve the freeze-thaw resistance of concrete. The anti-carbonation ability is 2.0~2.5 times higher than that of ordinary concrete.
The concrete mixed with this product can effectively improve the shrinkage and creep performance of concrete, has good high dimensional stability, and reduces the risk of cracks.
This product has excellent water retention performance, improve the workability of concrete, mixed with this product after the concrete bleeding rate is significantly reduced. There is no segregation under large slump, and the pumping resistance is small, which is convenient for transportation. The concrete surface has no bleeding line, no large bubbles and small color difference, which is especially suitable for concrete with high appearance quality requirements.
Product adaptability, the product is suitable for a variety of specifications, models of cement, and slag, fly ash and other active admixture phase compatibility, good adaptability.
Product performance is stable, long-term storage without stratification, no precipitation, no crystal precipitation in winter, non-toxic, non-irritating and radioactive, will not rust the steel material.
Method of use:
Recommended doping: 1.0~2.0 of the total amount of cementitious materials; before use, concrete trial should be carried out, through the test to determine the specific doping.
This product can be added to the mixer at the same time as the mixing water. The measurement error shall be controlled within 1%, and the mixing time shall be extended for 30s. The water in the solution shall be deducted from the mixing water.
This product should be stored separately, avoid mixed storage with other types of admixtures, it is strictly prohibited to mix with naphthalene water reducing agent, liquid accelerator storage and use.
Packaging and transportation:
Packing: plastic drum, ton barrel packing or tanker bulk.
Specifications: 200±1kg/barrel, 1000±5kg/barrel.
Transportation: This product is non-toxic, non-combustible, and can be transported as general chemicals.
Storage: should be placed in O ~ 40 ℃ cool and dark environment sealed storage, pay attention to waterproof, anti-damage.
Validity period: Under normal conditions, the shelf life is one year, and it can continue to be used after passing the test.
