Powdered polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent is a new generation of polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent developed by our company. It is a long-chain graft polymer produced by a unique process and a powder product produced by a special powder manufacturing process. After the incorporation of this product, the concrete has the characteristics of low doping, high water reduction, high slump, small slump loss, small shrinkage and so on. Compared with similar admixtures at home and abroad, this product has both high performance and low cost.
Technical performance:
Strong adaptability, good dispersion and plasticity of all kinds of cement and admixture, can make the concrete slump almost no loss in 1~2 hours, and has the same performance in high temperature climate without being affected;
Low dosage, high water reduction rate, small shrinkage;
Greatly improve the early and late strength of concrete;
the ability of concrete to resist freezing and thawing is obviously improved;
Concrete does not bleed or segregate, concrete has good cohesive performance, no large bubbles, good concrete appearance quality and excellent workability; it can reduce the shrinkage deformation of concrete and improve the crack prevention performance of concrete;

Scope of application:
Powdered polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer due to low dosage and good fluidity, excellent self-healing, anti-bleeding and segregation characteristics are widely used in self-leveling mortar, non-shrinkage grouting material and other special dry-mixed mortar.
It is suitable for precast and cast-in-place concrete, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete in the construction of high-speed railway, passenger dedicated line, industrial and civil buildings, roads, bridges, ports, airports and other projects.
Especially suitable for the preparation of concrete construction time is long, the coagulation and slump to maintain high requirements of the project, such as nuclear power engineering.

Method of use:
This product is a powder product, which can be diluted with water to a relative concentration of liquid products, or directly mixed with powder (such as dry powder mortar). The general doping amount is 0.15 to 0.3 percent of the amount of cementitious material. When preparing ultra-high strength concrete, the dosage can be increased appropriately.
This product can be used with a variety of retarder, air-entraining agent compound. However, it shall not be compounded with naphthalene sulfonic acid water reducing agent. When it is used with other admixtures at the same time, the compatibility test shall be carried out first.
Packaging and transportation:
This product is lined with plastic film outer woven bag double packaging, each bag 25KG. Rainproof, moisture-proof, placed in a ventilated and dry place.
This product has a valid period of one year, and can continue to be used after passing the test.
