LC-PC-BZPolycarboxylic acid high-performance water-reducing agent (standard type) is a new type of high-performance water-reducing agent developed by our company with carboxylic acid graft polymer as the main body. Due to its unique molecular structure, the water-reducing agent can realize the dispersion and dispersion retention ability of cement particles through the dual role of electrostatic repulsion and spatial barrier. It has the advantages of small dosage, high water reduction rate, good slump retention, good enhancement effect, low alkali content, chloride ion, sodium sulfate content, no corrosion of steel bars and environmental protection. The product has strong adaptability to various cements and is an ideal material for the preparation of high-performance concrete. This product is suitable for all kinds of Portland series cement products, railway engineering tunnels, bridges and other concrete projects. Precast and cast-in-place concrete, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete for industrial and civil buildings, municipal engineering, water conservancy and hydropower, transportation, ports and other projects are equipped with high flow state, vibration-free self-compacting, high-performance concrete and concrete engineering materials with high slump protection, high strength and super high strength requirements.

Technical performance:
The performance indicators of this product meet and exceed the requirements of JG/T223-2007 "Polycarboxylate High Performance Water Reducing Agent" and GB8076-2008 "Concrete Admixture", and meet the requirements of railway TB/T3275-2011 "Railway Concrete" for polycarboxylate high performance water reducing agent.
This product has excellent water reduction and dispersion effect, especially in high-grade concrete (above C50).
The slump loss over time is small, and the slump can be basically no loss in 120 minutes, and the influence of temperature change is small. The polymer composition of this product can eliminate SO.42-、CL-The polarity, a large number of closed gas micropores block the migration of corrosive ions in concrete, so that the corrosion resistance of concrete is strengthened.
This product can greatly improve the durability of concrete. The product because of chloride ion, sodium sulfate, alkali content is very low, will not produce concrete alkali, aggregate reaction and steel corrosion, at the same time, because the water reducing agent has a trace of air-entraining performance, it can greatly improve the freeze-thaw resistance of concrete. The anti-carbonation ability is 2.0-2.5 times higher than that of ordinary concrete.
The concrete mixed with this product can effectively improve the shrinkage and creep performance of concrete, has good high dimensional stability, and reduces the risk of cracks.
This product can greatly improve the workability of concrete, anti-segregation and water retention, reduce pumping resistance, concrete surface without large bubbles, small color difference, suitable for high appearance requirements of concrete products.
The product is suitable for cement of various specifications and models, and is compatible with slag, fly ash and other active admixtures, with good adaptability.
Product performance is stable, long-term storage without stratification, no precipitation, no crystallization in winter, non-toxic, non-irritating.
Method of use:
Recommended doping: 1.0~2.0 of the total amount of cementitious materials; before use, concrete trial should be carried out, through the test to determine the specific doping.
This product can be added to the mixer at the same time as the mixing water. The measurement error shall be controlled within 1%, and the mixing time shall be extended for 30s. The water in the solution shall be deducted from the mixing water.
This product should be stored separately, avoid mixed storage with other types of admixtures, it is strictly prohibited to mix with naphthalene water reducing agent, liquid accelerator storage and use.
Packaging and transportation:
Packing: plastic drum, ton barrel packing or tanker bulk.
Specifications: 200±1kg/barrel, 1000±5kg/barrel.
Transportation: This product is non-toxic, non-combustible, and can be transported as general chemicals.
Storage: should be placed in O ~ 40 ℃ cool and dark environment sealed storage, pay attention to waterproof, anti-damage.
Validity period: Under normal conditions, the shelf life is one year, and it can continue to be used after passing the test.
