LC-PC-BTPolycarboxylic acid slump agent is a kind of high molecular polymer developed by our company, which does not contain any harmful substances. It is a popular environmental protection slump agent product in China at present. Product performance is stable, long-term storage without stratification, no precipitation, good slump performance, suitable for polycarboxylic acid high performance water reducing agent preparation of high durability, high flow, high strength pumping concrete and concrete engineering with high appearance requirements.
Performance indicators:
Appearance: colorless transparent liquid.
Solid content: 40%
Density: 1.07-1.09g/cm3
No chloride ion, no corrosion to the steel bar.
Method of use:
The dosage (by weight) is 0.1~0,4% of the cementitious material. Under the condition of the same solid content, it is suggested that the mixing ratio of slump retaining agent and polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is 1:9~2:8.
This product shall not be compounded with naphthalene series water reducing agent. When it is used with other admixtures, concrete compatibility test shall be carried out in advance.
Curing: The concrete shall be covered and moisturized immediately after setting. In winter construction, surface protection measures shall be taken to prevent freezing damage on the concrete surface.
Technical performance:
The doping amount is low, and the doping amount is usually 0.1 to 0.4 percent of the amount of cementitious material.
This product has small air content and short setting time, which can speed up the turnover of engineering molds.
It has good compatibility with the polycarboxylate superplasticizer currently produced in China, and when the incorporation ratio of slump-retaining agent and polycarboxylate superplasticizer is 2:8, the slump is basically not lost in 2h.
Good cohesion of concrete, no segregation, no bleeding, easy pumping construction.
Method of use：
The scope of application is very wide, and concrete with different performance requirements can be used and configured, especially for small slump retention required by the site.
It can effectively control the early hydration of cement in concrete, and is suitable for the configuration of mass concrete, especially suitable for the configuration of large amount of fly ash and slag concrete.
Packaging and transportation:
Packing: plastic drum, ton barrel packing or tanker bulk.
Specifications: 200±1kg/barrel, 1000±5kg/barrel.
Transportation: This product is non-toxic, non-combustible, and can be transported as general chemicals.
Storage: should be placed in O ~ 40 ℃ cool and dark environment sealed storage, pay attention to waterproof, anti-damage.
Validity period: Under normal conditions, the shelf life is one year, and it can continue to be used after passing the test.
