Product Overview:
LC-FD antifreeze pumping agent is made of high polymer high efficiency water reducing component, plastic component, antifreeze component, early strength component, air component composite.

Technical performance:
The dosage is 3.0-5.0% of the amount of cementitious material, which is suitable for winter construction at a specified temperature of -15 ℃ or a natural temperature of not less than -20 ℃.
Can significantly improve the workability of concrete, pumpability. Slump loss is small, does not produce segregation, bleeding, so that the mechanical performance indicators of concrete significantly improved. The impermeability, frost resistance and durability of concrete are also significantly improved.
This product has good adaptability to all kinds of cement, and has a wide range of application research.

Note:
In order to ensure better use effect, it is recommended that users use this product for the first time or before changing cement varieties in the project, according to the specific requirements of the project, the trial mix to determine the better dosage and mixing method.
The dosage of antifreeze and water-cement ratio must be strictly controlled,When adding this product, it is accurately measured, and it is strictly prohibited to omit and repeat the addition.The moisture introduced by the aggregate and the water in the antifreeze solution shall be deducted from the mixing water.
Pay attention to control the slump of newly poured concrete not to be too large. Concrete setting time should not be too long.

When the temperature is lower than -5 ℃, the concrete can be mixed with hot water: when the water temperature is higher than 65 ℃, the hot water should be mixed with the aggregate before adding cement; when the temperature is lower than -10 ℃, the aggregate can be moved into the warm shed or heating measures can be taken. Aggregate shall be heated when frozen into blocks, the heating temperature shall not be higher than 65 ℃, and burning shall be avoided. The moisture brought in by direct heating of aggregate with steam shall be deducted from the mixing water.
The temperature of concrete in cold area shall not be lower than 10 ℃, and in cold area shall not be lower than 5 ℃.

Antifreeze curing:
The curing of concrete mixed with antifreeze pumping agent shall meet the following requirements:
Curing under negative temperature conditions, shall not be watered, concrete pouring, should be immediately covered with plastic film and insulation materials, cold areas should strengthen the insulation measures.
The initial curing temperature shall not be lower than the specified temperature.
When the concrete temperature drops to the specified temperature, the concrete strength must reach the freezing critical strength; when the minimum temperature is not lower than -10 ℃, the concrete compressive strength shall not be less than 3.5MPa; when the minimum temperature is not lower than -15 ℃, the concrete compressive strength shall not be less than 4.0MPa.
When the difference between the surface temperature of the concrete after the formwork removal and the ambient temperature is greater than 20 ℃, the insulation material shall be used to cover the curing.
Packaging, storage and transportation:
This product is a liquid, plastic drum packaging, 1000kg/barrel or in bulk according to customer demand agreement.
This product should be placed in a cool place, rain-proof, moisture-proof, anti-damage, valid for two years.
After the expiration of the concrete test after qualified can continue to use.
