The product meets the technical requirements of GB/T21120-2018 "synthetic fiber for cement concrete and mortar. Using solution spinning technology, the fiber section is in the shape of "∞", and its molecular chain contains a large number of hydroxyl groups, which not only makes the fiber have good dispersion in concrete/mortar, but also has good bonding performance with the cement matrix material, which can effectively reduce and inhibit the micro-cracks caused by plastic shrinkage, drying shrinkage, temperature change and other factors of concrete/mortar, effectively improve the crack resistance of concrete/mortar and impermeability, impact resistance, fire resistance and explosion-proof ability. It is suitable for shrinkage reduction, crack resistance, anti-seepage, anti-impact and wear-resistant water conservancy projects. It has been successfully applied to Yebatan Hydropower Station, Yangfanggou Hydropower Station, Guanhe Bridge, G15 Expressway and other key projects at home and abroad.
