Technical performance:

This product is recommended to reduce the water consumption by 10% when mixing concrete, and use the reduced water to dilute the accelerator, which is conducive to improving the workability of shotcrete, improving the working face, and making the concrete surface smooth and beautiful.
The springback rate of this product is less than 10%. The late strength is not reduced, which is conducive to saving raw materials.
If the cement is stored for too long or the construction conditions are poor, the dosage shall be increased appropriately.
This product and water reducing agent compound use, the effect is good, can meet the requirements of high grade shotcrete.
Method of use:
This product is a light yellow liquid, the recommended dosage is 6-10% (based on the weight of cement), which should be adjusted according to the difference of cement composition.
Fully stir before use, the effect is good.
Construction personnel should wear protective equipment, such as contact with skin. Rinse immediately with water.
After each use, the equipment should be cleaned.
Packaging and transportation:
Packing: plastic drum, iron drum packaging.
Specification: 300kg/barrel or protocol packaging.
Transportation: This product is non-toxic, non-combustible, and can be transported as general chemicals.
Storage: should be placed in (O ~ 40)℃ cool and dark environment sealed storage, pay attention to waterproof, anti-damage.
Validity period: Under normal conditions, the shelf life is three months, and it can continue to be used after passing the test.
