LC-FS powder accelerator is a kind of concrete powder additive made by modified mineral, high aluminum active mineral and high efficiency hydration agent grinding and calcining into aluminum oxygen clinker (sodium metaaluminate), and then adding appropriate amount of cement to adapt to powder, thickener and other components by modified grinding. It and cement silicate minerals in concrete or mortar act rapidly to produce relative strength in a very short time, with high early and late strength. Performance is better than domestic similar products, by the user praise and trust.
This product is suitable for national defense, water conservancy, tunnels, tunnels, subways, caverns and other underground works of sprayed concrete and mortar, structural self-waterproof support work, leak prevention, plugging and ground concrete rapid construction, concrete emergency rescue works.

Technical performance:
The use of LC-FS powder accelerator, fast setting, high viscosity, small rebound, wide adjustment range, strong adaptability to cement. The initial setting time is 2-4min, and the final setting time is 4-8min.
The dosage is 4-6% of the cement dosage, generally 5.0%.
The one-day compressive strength of the agent is 8.8MPa, and the 28-day strength can be kept above 80% without mixing.
The cement setting time is greatly affected by the temperature, which is lower than 20 ℃ (the general temperature is 20 ℃), and the dosage can be appropriately increased.
Method of use:
All kinds of accelerators have adaptability problems to cement, and the adaptability test must be carried out on the cement used for construction before use to determine the better dosage.
During construction, the water-cement ratio should be strictly controlled between 0.3 and 0.5, and the water-cement ratio is too large to affect the use effect.
The dry mix of concrete mixed with the accelerator shall be mixed with use, and the stacking time shall not exceed two hours, otherwise, it will not only affect the quick setting effect, but also reduce the strength of shotcrete.
Concrete works mixed with accelerator should strengthen early strength maintenance to ensure the smooth progress of hydration reaction, in order to reduce the impact on the later strength of concrete.
If the cement is stored for too long or the construction conditions are poor, the dosage shall be increased appropriately.
Packaging and transportation:
Packing: powder with inner plastic film and outer woven bag double-layer packaging.
Specification: 25 kg/bag or 50 kg/bag.
Transportation: This product is non-toxic, non-combustible, and can be transported as general chemicals.
Storage: should be placed in (0~40)℃ cool and dark environment sealed storage, pay attention to waterproof, anti-damage.
Validity period: Under normal conditions, the shelf life is six months, and it can continue to be used after passing the test.
