LC-DS low-alkali liquid accelerator is a high-efficiency liquid accelerator synthesized from inorganic salts and organic polymer materials. The product is low-alkali, chlorine-free, non-corrosive and non-toxic, and solves the problems of uneven addition of powder accelerator, large dust, large fluctuations in concrete strength, and obvious loss of strength in the later period. The product is used for wet shotcrete construction, can make concrete or mortar quickly set and harden, resulting in greater early strength. This product has no dust pollution and can greatly improve the construction environment.
This product is suitable for underground projects such as mines, coal, metallurgy, hydropower, military, highways, railways and other departments, tunnels, caverns, and emergency rescue construction.

Various accelerators have applicability problems to cement. Before use, the cement used for construction must be tested for adaptability. Determine the better dosage.
This product is recommended to reduce the water consumption by 10% when mixing concrete. The use of reduced water for quick-setting agent dilution is conducive to improving the workability of shotcrete, improving the fluidity of the working face, and making the surface of the concrete smooth and beautiful.
This product has good injection effect and the rebound rate is less than 15%, which is conducive to saving raw materials.
This product has better effect on ordinary Portland cement. If other cement is used, the trial mixing test should be done.
If the cement is stored for too long or the construction conditions are poor, the dosage shall be increased appropriately.
The operator shall take anti-corrosion measures.

Method of use：
This product is colorless or light yellow liquid, the recommended dosage of 3-5% (based on the weight of cement). It can be adjusted according to the difference of cement composition.
This product is alkaline, should avoid and acid materials mixed storage, use.
Packaging and transportation:
Packing: plastic drum, iron drum packaging.
Specification: 250kg/barrel or protocol packaging.
Transportation: This product is non-toxic, non-combustible, and can be transported as general chemicals.
Storage: should be placed in (0~40) DEG C in a cool and light environment sealed storage. Pay attention to waterproof and damage prevention.
Validity period: Under normal conditions, the shelf life is three months, and it can continue to be used after passing the test.
