Scope of application:
In principle, the expansion agent can be added to the five major cements, but in order to ensure the quality of concrete, it is appropriate to use 42.5 ordinary Portland cement and 32.5 ordinary slag cement. The pozzolanic cement and fly ash cement shall be determined by test.
Where the requirements of crack resistance, seepage control, joints, filling with concrete works and cement products, can use expansion agent, especially suitable:
Compensatory shrinkage concrete, crack-resistant and impermeable concrete, such as basement, mine, civil air defense, subway, storage tank, swimming pool, roof, highway, bridge, airport runway, etc.
Preparation of filling concrete, self-stress, prestressed concrete.
Non-shrinkage pouring between anchor screws of mechanical equipment, machine base and concrete foundation.
Highway pavement, bridge concrete surface, culvert.
Technical performance:
Under the specified dosage, the compressive strength of concrete at 3, 7 and 28 days is increased by 10-30%, and the strength continues to increase in the later period.
The impermeability grade of mortar concrete mixed with expansive agent P≥ 30 is much better than that of ordinary concrete, and has good compensation shrinkage or anti-seepage and anti-seepage performance.
The concrete mixed with expansive agent has good working performance, good workability and small slump loss, and is suitable for commercial concrete and pumped concrete. No corrosion effect on reinforcement.
The acid and alkali resistance of concrete mixed with expansive agent is slightly higher than that of ordinary concrete, and it has no pollution to water quality.
The expansion agent can be used in combination with other admixtures, but it should be determined through tests.
Method of use:
The addition amount of expansive agent is calculated by internal mixing (replacement cement rate), with internal mixing of 8-10%, and the addition amount is calculated by the following formula, I .e. E/( C + E), where: C- cement; E-expansive agent.
The mix proportion design of expansive agent concrete shall be determined by test.
Expansive agent in winter construction can be mixed with antifreeze, in summer construction, can be mixed with water reducing agent pumping agent, but need to do mixed test.
The expansion agent shall be weighed by a special person, the error shall be less than 0.5%, and the metering device shall be checked regularly and adjusted regularly.
