LC-KL prestressed duct grouting material is a grouting material composed of high quality cement and a variety of organic and inorganic materials. In the construction site according to the relative proportion of water, and after mixing evenly, for post-tensioned prestressed duct grouting. The product slurry is dense to protect the prestressed reinforcement from corrosion; the bond is firm to ensure the bonding force between the prestressed reinforcement and the concrete, so that the prestress can be effectively transmitted.
It is widely used in the grouting construction of post-tensioned prestressed bridge channels. Curtain grouting, anchor grouting, gap, cavity filling repair and other fields.

Method of use:
Before the slurry is pressed into the pore of the beam body, the slurry pump shall be started to discharge a little slurry from the grouting nozzle to remove air, water and slurry in the grouting pipeline.
When grouting, the curved channel and vertical channel shall be entered from the grouting hole at the lowest point; for the channel set up in upper and lower layers in the structure or member, grouting shall be carried out in the order of first lower layer and then upper layer. The grouting of the same hole shall be carried out continuously and completed at one time. Grouting shall be carried out slowly and evenly without interruption, and the vent holes at higher points shall be opened and closed in turn to make the vent smooth.
The duration of slurry from mixing to pressing into the channel shall not exceed 40min. The slurry shall be continuously stirred before use and during injection. For the cement slurry with reduced fluidity due to delayed use, the fluidity shall not be increased by adding additional water and shall be discarded.
For horizontal or curved channels, the grouting pressure should be 0.5~0.7MPa; for super-long channels, the maximum pressure should not exceed 1.OMPa; for vertical channels, the grouting pressure should be 0.3~0.4MPa.
The filling degree of grouting shall reach that the other end of the hole is full and the cement slurry with the same fluidity as the specified fluidity is discharged from the exhaust hole. After the slurry outlet is closed, a stable pressure period of not less than 0.5MPa shall be maintained, and the holding time of the stable pressure period shall be 3~5min. Duct grouting of multi-span continuous prestressed tendons connected by connectors shall be carried out immediately after the prestressed tendons of the connector segments are tensioned, and one continuous grouting shall not be carried out after the tensioning of each segment is completed.
Vertical duct grouting shall be carried out from bottom to top, and valves shall be provided to prevent backflow of cement slurry.
Vacuum-assisted grouting, grouting valve and exhaust valve shall be closed at the grouting end during duct grouting. Start the vacuum pump at the slurry discharge end to make the vacuum degree of the tie channel reach -0.08~0.1 MPa and keep stable. Then start the grouting pump to start grouting. During the grouting process, the vacuum pump shall work continuously. When slurry passes through the vacuum end, close the valve leading to the vacuum pump. At the same time, open the slurry discharge valve located above the slurry discharge end and close it after a little slurry is discharged. Grouting work continues to be completed by conventional methods.
Note:
After the final tensioning, duct grouting shall be carried out as soon as possible, generally not more than 24h.
During grouting, the temperature of slurry shall be between 5 ℃ ~ 30 ℃. During grouting and within 48h after grouting, the temperature of slurry and environment shall not be lower than 5 ℃. Otherwise, curing measures shall be taken and treated according to the requirements of winter construction. Air-entraining agent can be appropriately mixed with slurry, but antifreeze is not allowed. When the ambient temperature is higher than 35C, the grouting should be carried out at night.
Packaging and transportation:
LC-KL prestressed duct grouting material is packed in kraft paper woven bag (lined) with net weight of 40 kg/bag.
Store in a dry and ventilated room.
Shelf life: one year.
