Technical performance:
It can be used by directly adding water and stirring at the construction site, and the construction is convenient and quick.
Good fluidity, long retention time, good cohesion, no stratification, no bleeding.
It has micro-expansion performance, compact structure after hardening, no shrinkage cracking, good wear resistance and toughness.
Early strength and high strength, ld strength of more than 50Mpa.
Method of use:
Base surface treatment: before pouring, the filling space should be cleaned up, mainly dust, oil and other dirt, etc. When repairing cracks and other defects, the base surface should be wet with clear water to saturation, but open water should not be left during construction.
The amount of powder and water consumption shall be calculated according to the construction area or unit time construction area, and the amount of each mixing shall ensure that the construction is completed before the mortar loses its leveling property.
Stirring: first add water into the mixing barrel, then add the weighed grouting material, stir with an electric stirring gun while feeding until the powder is added, and then continue stirring for 23 minutes to make the slurry uniform.
Construction: the mixed slurry evenly poured on the base surface, self leveling can be. Leveling shall be completed within the construction time, and the machines and tools after construction shall be washed with water immediately.
Curing: After pouring, spray curing agent or cover plastic film immediately, and cover with straw bag or rock wool quilt. Water immediately when the surface is dry, and the curing period is 37 days.
Note:
The amount of water added should not be too much to avoid bleeding and segregation of the slurry; after opening the packaging bag, the product should be used up as soon as possible.
The construction time depends on the ambient temperature. Within 30 minutes after stirring at 20°C.
If the fluidity cannot be restored by stirring, it is forbidden to add water again, mix and stir again. Material dosage 2100-2200kg/m3.
Packaging and transportation:
Packing: powder with inner plastic film and outer woven bag double-layer packaging.
Specification: 40 kg/bag.
Transportation: This product is non-toxic, non-combustible, and can be transported as general chemicals.
Storage: should be placed in O ~ 40 ℃ cool and dark environment sealed storage, pay attention to waterproof, anti-damage.
Validity period: Under normal conditions, the shelf life is six months, and it can continue to be used after passing the test.

This product is non-flammable and explosive. No pollution to the environment, does not contain harmful ingredients that affect human health.
Avoid contact with the skin, must wear gloves, eyes, mask.
If the eye or skin splashes, should immediately rinse with plenty of water, and then immediately seek medical treatment.
