Construction Maintenance Method of High Strength Non-Shrinkage Grouting Material under Different Temperatures


Different from traditional concrete, high-strength non-shrinkage grouting material takes its durability as a technical index, and improves the durability and reliability of the grouting material structure by improving the performance of the material before and after hardening. Maintenance plays a very important role in the formation of high-strength non-shrinkage grouting material structure. High-strength non-shrinkage grouting material is more sensitive to the conditions of maintenance, quality control is more strict, and early good maintenance improves the performance of high-strength non-shrinkage grouting material more significantly.

Due to the high-strength non-shrinkage grouting material in energy saving, material saving, engineering economy, labor protection and environmental protection is of great significance, its application in civil engineering is being rapidly promoted, therefore, to strengthen the maintenance of high-strength non-shrinkage grouting material, to clarify the maintenance conditions and methods of high-strength non-shrinkage grouting material performance impact and mechanism is particularly important!

The following is the construction and maintenance of high-strength non-shrinkage grouting material at different temperatures:

1. winter construction

When the daily average temperature is lower than 5 ℃, the construction shall be carried out in winter and the following requirements shall be met:

1. Before grouting, measures shall be taken to preheat the foundation surface to keep the temperature above 10 ℃ and clear the accumulated water;

2. Warm water mixing and cement-based grouting materials not exceeding 65 ℃ should be used, and the temperature of the slurry into the mold is above 10 ℃;

3. Before freezing, the compressive strength of cement-based grouting materials shall not be less than 5Mpa.

Winter construction and maintenance:

1. For winter construction, when there is no special requirement for strength growth, the exposed part shall be covered with plastic film and covered with thermal insulation material in time after grouting. The initial curing temperature shall not be lower than 5 ℃. Watering is not allowed under negative temperature conditions.

2. The difference between the surface temperature of the cement-based grouting material and the ambient temperature after the mold removal is greater than 20 ℃, and the insulation material should be used to cover the protection.

3. If the ambient temperature is lower than the lower construction temperature required by the cement-based grouting material or the strength growth needs to be accelerated, the artificial heating curing method can be used; the curing measures should be in line with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "winter construction regulations for construction projects" JGJ104.

2. high temperature climate construction

If the temperature of the part before grouting is higher than 35 ℃, the construction shall be carried out according to the high temperature climate environment and meet the following requirements:

1. Take measures 24h before grouting to prevent the grouting part from direct sunlight or other heat radiation;

2. Take appropriate cooling measures, and cement-based grouting material contact concrete foundation and equipment floor temperature is not more than 35 ℃;

3. The temperature of the slurry into the mold shall not be greater than 30 ℃;

4. Moisture preservation measures shall be taken in time after grouting.

III. Normal Temperature Curing

1. Before grouting, the daily average temperature should not be lower than 5 ℃. After grouting, the exposed part should be sprayed with curing agent or covered with plastic film, and covered with wet straw bag to keep wet. When the plastic film is used, the exposed surface of the cement-based grouting material should be covered tightly to keep the condensate in the plastic film, and the surface of the grouting material is inconvenient to water, and the curing agent can be sprayed.

2. The grouting material shall be kept in a wet state, and the curing time shall not be less than 7 days.

3. When using fast-setting and fast-hardening cement-based grouting materials, the maintenance measures should be implemented according to the method required by the product.
